Why write poetry, Poet?

I love to write poems. I write for my love, my cousin "Maria".

How did you get started writing poetry?

I have been writing since 1995 and I also have my poems in urdu at "www.geocities.com/ionlinepk".

Who were your influences?

I dedicate all my poems to "Maria" who inspires me.

Who are the Scots?

Sir William Wallace
(1274 - 1305)
A national hero, defender of Scottish independence and leader of Scottish resistance forces. He gained a famous victory over the army of Edward I at the Battle of Stirling Bridge. Edward later defeated Wallace at the Battle of Falkirk. King Edward had Wallace captured and taken to London, where he was cut, drawn, quartered and beheaded.
