You Made Me Mad ©

Lacie Dunagan
Uvalde, USA
2003

You messed up and it made me mad,
Mom sent you away cause you were bad.
You had a chance to fix your act,
But instead you chose to be a brat.
It doesn't matter what you are,
I will always love you even from afar.
I only hope you feel the same,
And if you don't that's really lame.
You had a new start
To change your heart,
You messed that up too.
It's all like mildew.
I had confidence in you,
And thought you would change.
You didn't!
That's what made me mad!
I hope you change in the future
For if you do it'll make me glad.
